01 / DETAIL
Current consent position
Norrelium does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural profiling or an embedded marketing platform. Plausible is configured without cookies or persistent identifiers, Cal.com is an external link rather than an embedded widget, and Sentry Session Replay is disabled. On that basis, the site does not display a general cookie-consent banner. This position will be reviewed before any non-essential storage or tracking is added.

Strictly necessary website delivery
Vercel delivers the website and may use short-lived, strictly necessary technical mechanisms for security, routing, load balancing or deployment protection. These mechanisms are used to provide and protect the service rather than for advertising. Their duration is limited by the relevant security or delivery function.
03 / DETAIL
Cloudflare Turnstile
The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile only for bot and abuse prevention. Turnstile may access limited browser and device signals and may use strictly necessary storage or cookies to validate a security challenge. This processing is required to protect the enquiry service; it is not used by Norrelium for advertising.

Plausible Analytics
Plausible measures aggregate page visits and selected events, including discovery-call selections, project-enquiry selections, form submissions and successful enquiries. It does not receive names, email addresses or enquiry text. The configured Plausible script uses no cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers and activates only on norrelium.com.

Sentry diagnostics
Sentry records sampled error and performance diagnostics in production and preview environments. Norrelium has disabled Session Replay and default PII collection and removes request bodies, headers, cookies, query strings and user identity from Sentry events. Sentry is not used for advertising or cross-site behavioural profiling.

Sanity, Resend and Gmail
Sanity supplies public content to the site and is not configured here to place visitor analytics cookies. Resend and Gmail process an enquiry after you submit it; they are communication services rather than browser-tracking tools. Their handling of enquiry information is described in the privacy notice.

External Cal.com link
Cal.com is not embedded on the Norrelium site. If you follow a booking link, you leave norrelium.com and Cal.com may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy and consent interface. Norrelium does not control storage set on Cal.com's website.

Browser controls and updates
You can remove or block cookies through your browser, although blocking strictly necessary technology may prevent the contact security check or protected pages from working. This inventory will be updated if providers or configurations change. Questions can be sent to info@norrelium.com.
